We are committed to providing cost effective educational and networking events for our members. Your sponsorship allows us to continue to grow without sacrificing our high standards and keeping out-of-pocket member expenses to a minimum.

OPPORTUNITIES

SPONSORSHIPS REQUIRE A SIGNED CONTRACT.


•Exclusive sponsorship of one meeting/event (does not include Annual Summit).

•Introduction by PWSHRM Board of Director at the beginning of the program.

•Address chapter members/attendees for five (5) minutes before the meeting/event begins.

•Network with chapter members/attendees (in-person event).

•Set up a display at the meeting location (in-person event).

•Distribute promotional literature at each table (in-person event).
•Free attendance for Sponsor (up to two (2) attendees) at the meeting/event (includes meal for in-person only event).

•Organization’s name and logo prominently displayed on the website event page and distributed communications.
•After meeting/event, PWSHRM will send an email blast on behalf of the sponsor to chapter members (virtual event only).
•Sponsor logo will also be displayed at the Annual Summit following the event.



•“Platinum Cardinal Sponsor” recognition on the PWSHRM website and other designated membership communications.

•A link to Sponsor’s website on the PWSHRM website and in designated PWSHRM communications.

•Social Media recognition twice during the term.
•Free attendance for up to two (2) attendees at all PWSHRM monthly meetings  (excluding the Annual Summit) during the term.  The Sponsor can share a slide at the beginning of up to six (6) meetings on Sponsor information and events.

•Primary sponsorship of two (2) monthly meetings during the term. The Sponsor has the option of selecting our Holiday Social as one of them. The benefits of a Monthly Meeting sponsor are included with these meetings.
