JSI USA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist for our Chantilly, Virginia office. POSITION SUMMARY: The Talent Acquisition Specialist will own the full-cycle recruiting process for both cleared and uncleared roles across technical, program, and corporate functions. You will partner directly with leadership, hiring managers, and program teams to develop sourcing strategies, deliver top talent quickly, and enhance our recruitment processes for long-term scalability. This is a hands-on role—you will source, screen, and close candidates while building the recruiting infrastructure that supports a high-growth GovCon environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of cleared and uncleared roles. • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and align on hiring timelines. • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies, leveraging job boards, networking, industry associations, and direct outreach. • Maintain a proactive talent pipeline for hard-to-fill and high-priority positions. • Manage candidate experience from first contact to offer acceptance, ensuring professionalism and confidentiality. • Implement and refine recruiting processes, tools, and metrics for greater efficiency and transparency. • Track and report recruiting KPIs (time-to-fill, time-to-slate, source effectiveness, candidate quality). • Ensure compliance with federal hiring regulations, EEO/AA guidelines, and clearance requirements.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Five (5) + years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least two (2) years recruiting for federal government contracting roles. • Proven experience sourcing and closing cleared candidates (Secret, TS/SCI). • Strong knowledge of recruiting tools, Boolean search, and passive sourcing methods. • Ability to partner effectively with executives and hiring managers. • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • US Citizenship and eligibility for Top Secret Clearance.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Experience building or improving recruiting processes in a small to mid-sized organization. • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting analytics. • Active security clearance.
HYBRID WORK SCHEDULE: Remote Monday/Friday; On-Site Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday
