You will have the opportunity to speak with the responsible Board member prior to making a commitment to join a committee. Summit Committee - Under the direction of the Summit Committee Chair, contributes to the planning and execution of the Chapter’s signature annual conference, supporting programming, logistics, and overall experience.
Mentorship Program Committee - Under the direction of the Mentorship Program Chair, promotes the Chapter’s partnership with Mentor HR® by encouraging member participation in the free, virtual HR leadership cohort program.
Programs Committee - Under the direction of the Programs Director, assists in developing engaging content by identifying relevant topics and securing speakers for monthly Chapter programs and the annual Summit.
Volunteer Recruitment Committee - Under the direction of the Volunteer Engagement Director, supports the identification and recruitment of volunteers to assist with Chapter events, initiatives, and committee activities.
Community Relations Committee - Under the direction of the Community Relations Director, helps identify meaningful community engagement opportunities and represents the Chapter at local events and initiatives.
Membership Committee - Under the direction of the Membership Director, assists in planning and executing events that foster membership, connection, and retention. May assist with member surveys and data analytics.
