Meeting Registration & Cancellation Instructions


    Go to Meetings & Events, select the Event, then click on the "Register" button. While required to register electronically for our events, you are not required to pay electronically. We do strongly encourage electronic payment through PayPal. Payment must be received by the registration deadline in order to be subject to the regular registration price (NOTE:  Payment through U.S. mail must be received by the registration deadline not postmarked by the registration deadline.)  Receipt of payment is important, so that we have funds available for catering and/or meeting rooms. If paying by check, please print a copy of your registration form before clicking “submit” and mail the registration form and a check to:

    For events hosted on Wednesdays attendees can register at the regular price until 5:00pm of the Friday prior to the meeting.  Registrations received later than 2 business days prior to the event (does not include holidays and weekends) and walk-in attendees will be assessed a late registration fee in addition to the regular registration rate. In addition to the fee, late registrants and walk-ins will also be required to provide their information at the event check-in table and will not have a pre-printed nametag.

    PayPal allows you to make payment with a credit card such as Mastercard, Visa or Discover or directly from your bank account. If you do not already have a PayPal account, set-up is quick, easy, and your personal information is secure. Click Here to set up a PayPal account.

    Member Requested Cancellation/Refunds

    Cancellations received prior to the meeting registration deadline will be fully refunded. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after the registration deadline and no shows will also be billed. Cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing to containing the following information: full name; email address; date of program.

    Inclement Weather

    Scheduled events will be cancelled if the facility is closed.

    • Breakfast meetings at The Freedom Center will be cancelled if the Freedom Center is closed or will be opening late. When weather is inclement, please call 703.993.8444.
    • For dinner meetings at other locations, cancellation information will be posted on our website by 2 pm on the event day.

    A cancelled event may be rescheduled (such as the following week). If the event is not rescheduled or the attendee is not available for the new date, registration payment will be transferred to a future event or may be refunded upon written request to
