    In the fall of each year, we request nominations for our board positions. If you aren't able
    to commit to a board position, but would like to provide valuable assistance to the chapter,
    there are many opportunities to volunteer on committees.  Information regarding the
    nomination process as well as how to participate on a committee is available in our

    President

    General charge and supervision of the affairs and business of the chapter.

    President-Elect

    Assists the President in overseeing activities and performs presidential responsibilities in the president’s absence.

    Annual Summit Director

    Responsible for keeping the summit committee on track, selecting speaker topics, getting credit approval from SHRM/HRCI, finding event space, getting a budget approved by the board, updating the board regularly on progress, and assisting with sponsorship and communications.
     

    College Relations & Workforce Readiness

    Manage college outreach efforts by fostering relationships with local universities. Monitor and evaluate on a continuing basis local activities concerning workforce readiness issues and plans.

    Oversee the chapter's communications activities while maintaining a consistent brand image. Ensure the chapter has a strong presence on various social media outlets.

    CommunityRelations

    Government Affairs
